    I am down probably 15lbs since the last pic I posted. Hopefully I will be ready to compete by the end of summer.

    There are a few local competitions that I have been looking into that I think I would do good at, after I lean up more.

  2. Increasing HGH dose

    I have been on GH for a few weeks now and I am not seeing the results I think I should.

    I have spoken with a lot of people about the proper dosing for a woman and usually it is 2-3 iu/day. The 2 iu/day is usually used for anti-aging.

    HGH is pretty pricey so, I want to get as much as I can out of the cycle. I am going to try 3iu for awhile and see if it makes a difference.

    I am down 3 lbs and 1.5 inches on my stomach. More than that I can tell a huge difference in my overall body composition. The 2 iu/day is a perfect dose for me, just enough. This stuff is real! www.fitnessparadiseworld.com

    Hey Guys!
    So as I was pondering about how I want to progress through training and diet and being healthy. I was thinking about how much lbm would be a great goal to add naturally by this time next year!?
    10 lbs!... doesn't seem like a lot, and less for a guy that's 6'2", it won't be much, but will be just enough to help continue my progress into a healthy ME!
