SO SORE~!

I did legs at my house yesterday. I was worried that since I dont have a lot of weight here, that I wouldnt be sore.
WRONG!
I am having a hard time walking today! The lower weight and high reps is a nice change. Plus, when I work out at home I can move more quickly between sets. I also like that my workouts take about 1/2 the time that they would take at the gym.
