Q: Why is my credit card not working/being declined?
A: There could be a number of reasons. Some of the most common reasons are
1. The billing address you provided is not matching up with the name and address that is attached to the card you are using.
2. You must be sure they billing address is (exactly) the same address the card is registered to.
3. You may be using a expired card.
4. The merchant account often declines pre-paid credit cards. This does not mean you can not use one.
Q: Why did I not receive an email confirmation from your site once I had placed my order?
A: It is possible that your email account is blocking the email as spam. Please be sure to add NeedtoBuildMuscle.com to your address book.
And also add Needtobuildmuscle@hotmail.com to your email friends list too.
Q: What if I’m missing items from my order and/or my package was opened.
A: First, always check with your post office. If your package was ripped open and items were missing, the post office will indicate this on both the package and on the tracking information. It will say “package delivered with out or with missing content” or something similar. If this has happened contact us and we will issue a credit for reshipment. If you are missing product because we were back ordered, it will be noted on your bill; as soon as the product is in stock, we’ll send it out immediately. Rest assured that if there was a mistake on our end, we’ll make it right.
It is company policy that we contact you by phone (if able) or email to let you know a product is out of stock and ask you the customer how you would like us to handle the order. We want to insure you the customer are still happy in the event something like this happens.
Q: How do I use the products I have purchased?

Q: Do you offer refunds and if so how do I get a refund?
A: Yes. We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are unhappy with our products, simply return the products with in 30-45 (depending on form of payment) days for a full refund.
Q: I would like to order in bulk. Are there discounts for ordering in bulk or wholesale pricing?
A: We offer bulk and wholesale pricing to retailers and other registered accounts.
All other bulk deals are either posted on the site or done on a case by case basis. If you

Q: How soon will my order be shipped and when will I get it?
A: We ship all orders within one business day of placement. We ship all orders 3 day priority mail for free. You should expect to receive your order with in 1 to 4 business days if you live in the US and within 7 to 14 days if you live outside of the country.
If you place an order for multiple items, but some are on backorder, we ship what we have in stock, followed by the rest of the order once we’ve got the other items back in stock.
Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards,, Paypal, and money orders. If you are paying with a money order, please mail the money order with the order request and shipping info to:

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes and no. If you are able to place the Item in your cart and pay for it then yes, we ship to your country. We do not ship Need2Sleep to Norway, Sweden, or the Netherlands.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number when my product is shipped?
A: Yes. In the majority of cases, both our site and Paypal will send you an email with your tracking number. If you do not get this email within a few days, please check your spam box, and make sure you are able to receive emails from us. You can also log into your store account and the order information and tracking is attached to the order when it is updated to shipped.

- Yes N2BM has a points reward system. You earn 10% points for every order you place. So if you ordered 100.00 in product you would
Be given 10 points. Every 5 points you earn is worth 2.00 N2BM cash that you can spend at any time. You can find these points in the back office of your account when you log into your account. The points stay for life until they are spent.
- Is there a way for me to get compensated for telling my friends about your products and company?
- Yes N2BM has a refer a friend points system. In the back office of your store account you will find a tell a friend option that allows you to send a email to a friend. When you send a email to a friend and that friend clicks the link in that email his account is attached to your account " for life" and for every order that friend makes he gets 10% rewords points and you also get 5% of his order in reword points attached to your account. There is no limit to the amount of friends you can have attached to your account. So tell as many friends as you like and some day earn your self monthly free products from us.
