Directions for LipoStim3™

As a Dietary Supplement, take 1-2 capsules in the morning. Then another 1 capsule before Lunch. And then an optional 1 capsule added to a preworkout supplement, such as Amplify02 or Pre Cardo Supplement like LIPOFLAME. Take NO more then 3 to 4 capsules per 24 hour period. Women and those under 160 pounds take no more then 3 capsules per day, and no more then 1 capsule every 4-6 hours.
Please take with at least 20 oz. of water.
Do not take past 1 PM.
